Jõekääru Laagri siht:

To provide a summer camp where children come to increase their sense of connection with Estonian culture and traditions. Through their interactions with fellow Estonian children and adults, they will build an understanding of Estonian heritage and develop a sense of identity. At Jõekääru, the campers will be provided with opportunities to develop their language ability, to participate in traditional music, craft, dance and sports, and to engage in activities in nature. Jõekääru provides a safe and supportive environment for this important work!

Jõekääru Seltsi eesmärgiks on:
a) organiseerida lastele suvekodu ja noortele suvepuhkust;
b) ôhutada oma liikmeskonnas noorte kasvatamist rahvuslikus ja kôlblises vaimus.

Jõekääru Selts on ôigustatud oma sihtidide saavutamiseks:
a) hankima ja vastu vôtma toetusi;
b) asutama sihtkapitale ja fonde;
c) määrama toetusi ja abirahasid;
d) arendama ja ülal pidama Jôekääru suvekodu maaala;
e) töötama tihedas kontaktis teiste samu sihte taotlevate organisatsioonidega.

Our Organization’s Mission:

• To help our memberships children grow with a good moral base and with knowledge of their Estonian cultural heritage.

• To start foundations and funds
• To partition and spend the moneys raised as needed
• To improve and maintain the Estonian Camp lands
• To work along side similar organizations with similar thoughts and goals
